Refund policy

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How to return: email [email] with your order number and the word "return". We reply within 2 working days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return costs: you pay the return shipping, unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we pay. Please return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Refund: we refund the price of the item plus the standard delivery cost you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days after we receive the item or proof that you sent it back. If you handled the item more than needed to check it, we may deduct the loss in value.

Faulty or damaged items: email us with your order number and a photo. We replace the item or refund you, and we pay the return shipping.

You also have the legal 2-year guarantee against defects under EU law. This policy does not affect your legal rights.
