1. Who we are
Our company details are in our Legal notice. These terms apply to all orders on zenboxprime.com.

2. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is free. You pay at checkout with the payment methods shown. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.

3. Delivery
See our Shipping policy. Delivery takes 2-4 weeks and no later than 30 days after your order.

4. Withdrawal and returns
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. See our Return and refund policy.

5. Legal guarantee
Our products come with the legal 2-year guarantee against defects. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law.

6. Product use
ZenBox is a phone lock case with a timer. It is a self-discipline tool, not a medical product, and it does not treat any condition. Do not rely on a locked phone for urgent or emergency calls. Choose your timer accordingly.

7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Privacy
We process your data as described in our Privacy policy.

9. Law and complaints
Belgian law applies, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. Complaints: email [email]. We reply within 5 working days.
