Shipping policy

We ship to EU countries. Shipping is free on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery takes 2-4 weeks after you order, and no later than 30 days. We email you a tracking link once your order ships, and you can also use the Track Your Order page.

Prices include VAT. [Import taxes and customs are already paid by us, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.]

Please check your address at checkout. We cannot change it after your order ships. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, we can send it again for the shipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit: email artofmastery333@gmail.com with your order number and we send a replacement or refund you.
